LIMITED WARRANTY
 

PC Logic warrants to the original purchaser of the computer system that it will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for the period of the warranty from the date of delivery. During the warranty period PC Logic will either replace or repair the defective components without cost to the customer. Labor costs are covered by PC Logic . Shipping costs will be split between the customer and PC Logic .

This warranty only covers normal use of the computer. PC Logic will not be liable under this warranty if the defect or damage is caused by abuse, misuse, neglect, improper shipping, improper installation, natural disasters like floods or tornados, services or alterations made by anyone other than an authorized PC Logic technician.

PC Logic is not responsible for any data loss as a result of warranty service.

Warranty service is not extended by adding new components to the system.

PC Logic will not be liable for any costs, expenses or damage exceeding the purchase price of the system or caused by use or inability to use the computer.

This warranty is only valid in the USA.

 
 

How to obtain warranty service
 
 
  • Email technical support at support@pclogic.com  or call 630-768-4909
  • If the computer must be repaired an RMA number will be issued by PC Logic, which must be clearly written on the shipping container.
  • Pack the defective component or computer in it's original shipping container and clearly write the RMA # on the outside of the box.
  • Ship the component or computer to PC Logic. The customer is responsible for shipping to PC Logic and PC Logic will cover shipping costs back to the customer.
  • Once PC Logic receives the computer, the defective component will either be repaired or replaced and shipped back to the customer in 10 business days.
